How it works

Form a team
Form a team of 1–4 people. You can join solo, but if you don’t have a team and would like to be in one, send us a message and we'll match you up with other fantastic Flick TT members!

Create a WhatsApp group
Create a WhatsApp group with your team and add the Flick TT business WhatsApp to it.

Find a sticker
Stickers are hidden all over the website. Some are in plain sight, some only show when you interact with something, some appear only at specific times, and some come up when you do something unexpected! A few only work on mobile and a few only on desktop, so make sure to check both. Think outside of the box!

All stickers are on this website (www.flicktt.com), not on our booking site (bookwhen.com). No bookings or purchases are needed to find the stickers.

The organiser
The sticker hunt is run by Flick TT Ltd ("Flick TT", "we"). By taking part you agree to these terms.

Who can enter
The hunt is open to members and friends of the Flick TT community. Teams have between one and four members, and each person may be in one team only. Flick TT coaches, staff and anyone involved in building the website or the hunt may take part for fun but are not eligible for prizes.

When
The hunt runs until 23:59:59 on Saturday 26 September 2026 (UK time). Stickers sent after that time do not count. Only stickers sent to the team's WhatsApp group, with the Flick TT account tagged, are counted.

What counts as a find
A find is a screenshot of a page on www.flicktt.com with the sticker visible, taken by a member of the team on their own device after triggering the sticker as intended. Each sticker counts once per team, however many members find it. Screenshots that are edited, shared between teams, or of a sticker that was not triggered on the website do not count. Stickers appear only on www.flicktt.com, never on the Bookwhen booking site, and no order, booking or purchase is required to find any sticker.

Fair play
The hunt is meant to be played by exploring the website. Using AI assistants, browser automation, scripts, code inspection, or any other automated tooling to locate or trigger stickers is prohibited, as is tampering with the website, its requests or your device's clock. If we believe a team has done any of this, we may disqualify the team or individual members at our sole discretion and without having to prove it.

Verification
Flick TT has the right to ask any participant to explain exactly how they found each sticker, and to ask for the original screenshots. If we suspect cheating, we may withhold a prize until we are satisfied, and a team that cannot or will not explain its finds may be disqualified.

Winners and prizes
The team that sends the most valid stickers wins. Ties are decided by whichever team sent its last counted sticker earliest, and our decision is final. Prizes are as listed above, are not transferable, and have no cash alternative. Group session tickets and vouchers are valid for one year from the end of the hunt; the winning team's group session is arranged at a time that suits both the team and our coaches. The bug hunter bonus is an individual prize, awarded to the person who accurately reports the most genuine bugs or mistakes in our content, as judged by us.

Your details
We use your WhatsApp number, name and screenshots only to run the hunt and to contact winners. Screenshots may be shared with other participants when announcing results. We do not pass your details to anyone else.

Changes
We may change these terms, the prizes or the end date, or cancel the hunt, if we need to for reasons outside our control or if the game is being abused. We will announce any change in the WhatsApp groups. Anything not covered here is decided by Flick TT, and that decision is final.
